Niclas von Wyle was born in Bremtgarten (Argau) around 1410. Von Wyle studied science in his home country and in Italy. He worked as a chronicler in Nurember in 1445 and in Esslingen am Neckar in 1449. Von Wyles works were published in early standard German between 1461 and 1478. The scientist became chancellor of Duke Ulrich von Württemburg in 1469. Von Wyle died in Stuttgart in 1478.
