Praz p. 439 (2nd edition). - First edition. - Nice emblem book with musical contents, poems on the allegories are mostly in form of odes, madrigals and arias, the last part comprises four oratorios. The coppers in circular frames with landscape images, lake views, mythical creatures, allegories etc. - Somewhat browned in places, title with faded old stamp. Spine with small tear, front board with negligible worming. All in all fine copy.
