Printed by Lithographisches Atelier Tobias Reinicke, Leipzig (all sheets with blindstamp). The first 35 copies from the book edition of 180 copies were released as deluxe copies with a portfolio of 8 chalk lithographs. Loose sheets in cardboard folder in original half cloth portfolio.
