Backing board dated "II/II.05" and titled as well as inscribed "Mich hab´n´s net erkannt, aber den Bubi staunten´s recht an.". On thin machine made laid paper, firmly mounted to backing on upper corners. 17,5 x 15,5 cm (6,8 x 6,1 in), size of sheet. Backing board: 22,2 x 17,2 cm (8,7 x 6,8 in).
Figure study executed with a great love for the detail. Presumably model for the magazine "Jugend", which printed drawings by Zille in Munich in 1905 for the first time. [DB].
