Round shape. Wall with cross enameled in red. Tip of locket with a crown and ribbon enameled in blue. Hinges at side, opens. Iside each with photo of Tsar Nicolas II and his wife Tsarisa Alexandra Feodorovna. Weight: 12 g.
Rear punched with, among others, purity mark "84" and hallmark "Бi".
