Eberle 1916/28. Lower right with signature and dedication "Frau Else Lehmann/in Verehrung/M. Liebermann". 53.1 x 42.7 cm (20.9 x 16.8 in).

With a phooto expertise from Prof. Dr. Hans-Jürgen Imiela (1927-2005), formerly University Mainz, dated March 15, 1986.

PROVENANCE: Private collection Else Lehmann, Berlin/Prague.
Deutsches Theater, Berlin (1930, according to Eberle).
Hauswedell & Nolte, Hamburg, auction on June 12/13, 1981, no. 876 (plate 41).
