Wellmann 78. Signed, numbered and with the foundry mark "H. Noack Berlin" on rear of the base . From an edition of 7 copies. Ca. 29.8 x 58 x 22 cm (11.7 x 22.8 x 8.6 in).
Cast by art foundry Hermann Noack, Berlin.

This is one of the first reclined figures, which, owing to its summary conception of the form, was of seminal impact for the style of Heiliger's figures.
