There with number "078S UT.013" as well as inscribed "SF". Artist proof aside from the edition. On wove paper by Arches. 54.9 x 76.8 cm (21.6 x 30.2 in) , the full sheet.

This is a unique trial proof. Warhol tried out several color combinations before he chose this for the edition.
