Lower right monogrammed. With old, partly fragmentarily preserved labels and inscribed "No 24 2 [illegible] Karlsruhe". 37 x 48 cm (14.5 x 18.8 in).

• Significant provenance: from Karoline Oetker (1867-1945), patron, philanthropist and wife of the company founder, Dr. August Oetker, as a gift for the company's general manager.
• Offered on the auction market for the first time.
• Characteristic Black Forest landscape with an extraordinary focus on the towering clouds
