• Salomé takes up Monet's “Water Lilies” – but his nude swimmers are bursting with color, energy, and depth.
• Like Rainer Fetting, Salomé was one of the “ Neue Wilde ” (New Wild Artists) in the late 1970s.
• In 1982, he participated in documenta 7 in Kassel and the Venice Biennale.
• Salomé’s works are in internationally renowned museums, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Francisco, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Kunstmuseum Basel, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
