Reland gefertigte Japankarte, mit der Transkription der 66 Provinzen in chinesisch-japanischen Schriftzeichen und der an der europäischen Aussprache orientierten, von Chatelin teils fehlerhaft wiedergegebenen Übersetzung. Mit kolor. Nebenkarte der Region um Nagasaki. Mit kolor. Titelzeile, kolor. Windrose, Meilenzeiger und Schmuckkartusche mit erläuterndem Text, diese u. a. gesäumt von zahlr. Wappenschilden des japan. Adels. - Mit kl. Braunfleck im rechten Rand, linke obere Ecke leicht wellig, ansonsten sehr gut erhalten.

With inset map of the region of Nagasaki. The descriptive text in coloured cartouche, embellished with numerous arms of the Japanese noblility. - Right margin with small brownstain, left upper corner slightly wavy, otherwise a very well preserved map.
