Carta executoria. - Real carta executoria ganada â pedimente de Don Manuel Josef Eusevio, y Don Martín de la Camara ... en contradictorio juicio en la Rl. chancilleria de Valladolid ... En el año 1792. - Spanish manuscript on vellum with 5 fullpage miniatures in colours and 64 miniatures in colours in the text.Valladolid 1792. 136 ll. (the last blank) with 5 protective silk sheets in light blue. Size of sheets. ca. 30 : 20 cm. Written in a calligraphed cursive, black ink, numerous initials in gold, partly heightened in red, text areas bordered in a colour frame and silver tendrils. - Contemp. red straight-grained morocco with rich gilt spine, broad gilt-stamped cover border, gilt inside border and gilt edges at three sides.
Magnificent manuscript on vellum in a very good condition. - The elaborately made title leaf with picture alphabet and crest, the other fullpage miniatures show the genealogy of the Camara family, the dedication with a royal crest and splendid decorations as well as the portrait of "Don Henrique Pragara de Dio" on a horse in a battle against the Turks. - The lavishly made and charming initials show ships and harbours, fishermen, herdsmen, villages, landscapes, hunters, fighters, animals (lion, bear etc.), a bullfight, Don Quichotte and many more. - The royal stamp and signatures of government officials on an own leaf at the beginning, the last text leaf again with royal stamp and signatures as well as a giltframed closing note with a cartouche of crests and putti. - Few images with slightly rubbed colours, else fresh colours and well-preserved.
