Ein paar Gedichte, die nicht in der Gesamtausgabe stehen. Orig.-Typoskript mit aquarellierter Federzeichnung von H. Hesse auf dem Kartonumschlag, rückseitig mit handschriftlichem Gruß in schwarzer Tinte und signiert "H. Hesse". O. O. um 1940.
Zusammenstellung von 4 Gedichten aus den Jahren 1900-1934. Das farbkräftige Aquarell zeigt eine Tessiner Seelandschaft vor einem Berghintergrund.
Vorhanden die 4 Gedichte Beim Wiedersehen einer Kindheitsstätte (1900), Einsamkeit (1918), Abend im April (1922) und Ausflug im Herbst (1934). - Der Gruß des Autors gilt dem langjährigen Freund und Schriftkünstler der Weimarer Gutenberg-Druckerei Willy Graf aus Gotha. Das Aquarell mit den Maßen 8 : 7,5 cm.
EINBAND: Chamoisfarbener Kartonumschlag. 21,5 : 15,5 cm. - KOLLATION: Velinumschlag (Doppelblatt) und 6 Einzelblätter. - ZUSTAND: Umschlag innen schwach stockfleckig (überwieg. im oberen Randbereich),
Original typescript with 4 poems from the years 1900-1934 and a watercolor pen and ink drawing by H. Hesse on the front cover, with autograph greetings to Willy Graf in black ink and signed "H. Hesse". Around 1940. The colorful cover illustration shows an Italian lake landscape in front of mountains in the bachground. Watercolor measures 8 : 7.5 cm. Chamois-colored cardboard cover measures 21.5 : 15.5 cm. - Light foxing inside (mostly in the margins).

Hammer prices up to € 200,000: 27 % buyer's premium. Hammer prices above € 200,000: for the share up to € 200,000: 27%, for the share above € 200.000: 22% buyer's premium.
The statutory VAT of currently 7 % is levied to the sum of hammer price and premium.

Calculation of artist‘s resale right compensation:
For works by living artists, or by artists who died less than 70 years ago, a artist‘s resale right compensation is levied in accordance with Section 26 UrhG:
4 % of hammer price from 400.00 euros up to 50,000 euros,
another 3 % of the hammer price from 50,000.01 to 200,000 euros,
another 1 % for the part of the sales proceeds from 200,000.01 to 350,000 euros,
another 0.5 % for the part of the sale proceeds from 350,000.01 to 500,000 euros and
another 0.25 % of the hammer price over 500,000 euros.
The maximum total of the resale right fee is EUR 12,500.
The artist‘s resale right compensation is VAT-exempt.
