Signed in the lower right and inscribed "Montmartre" in the lower left. 22.3 x 27.1 cm (8.7 x 10.6 in).

• Mythical Montmartre: The Lapin Agile, founded in 1860, was a legendary artists’ café where Utrillo was a regular.
• Village and city scenes are typical motifs of this École de Paris artist.
• Paintings by Maurice Utrillo can be found at, among others, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Hiroshima Museum of Art in Hiroshima (Japan), and the Musée d’Orsay in Paris.
Accompanied by a photograph certificate of authenticity issued by Hélène Bruneau, holder of Maurice Utrillo’s moral rights, and Suzanne Valadon, president of the Comité Utrillo-Valadon, dated May 29, 2026. The work will be included in the forthcoming volume of the catalogue raisonné.
