EINBAND: Lose Tafeln auf festem Büttenkarton mit Blindprägestempel und Text in 4 Orig.-Umschlägen mit goldgeprägtem Namenszug auf den Deckeln. 42 : 31,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit aufgewalztem Porträt und 39 (st. 40) montierten Farbtafeln. - ZUSTAND: Kartonbll. im Rand stellenw. leicht fleckig, Textbll. mit leichten Quetschfalten. Insgesamt gut erhaltene Folge.

1 of 600 numb. copies, private edition. Album reproducing erotic watercolors by P. Fendi (1796-1842), one of the leading artists of the Biedermeier period. With portrait of the author and 39 (of 40) colored mounted plates on strong paper with blindstamp. Loose sheets in orig. wrappers with gilt name of the artist on the front cover. - Leaves in the outer margins partly slightly stained, text leaves with printer's creases.
