Populärer Taschenatlas mit Karten aus der Zeit des Spanischen Erbfolgekrieges.
Erstmals 1706 erschienen und in der Folge in Niederländisch, Französisch und Englisch vielfach aufgelegt. Die Karten meist mit mit Festungsplänen, Ansichten oder Wappen im Rand, in schönem Verlagskolorit. Mit niederländischem und französischem Titelblatt., davon 1 Bll. mit zeitgenössischer handschriftl. Liste der vorhandenen Karten eingebunden.
EINBAND: Neuer Pappband. 20 : 14,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 29 doppelblattgr. kolorierten Kupferkarten (st. 35; 1 mehrfach gefalt.). - KOLLATION: 2 Titelbll. (im Format 19 : 7 cm). - ZUSTAND: Ursprünglich in Schmal-Oktav gebunden, Karten daher mit zusätzlicher Falz beidseitig der Mittelfalte. - PROVENIENZ: Norddeutsche Privatsammlung.

Popular pocket atlas with focus on the War of Succession. With 2 title pages in Dutch and in French and 29 (of 35) doublepage engr. maps (1 folding) in splendid publisher's coloring. New cardboard. - Originally bound in slim 8vo, so all the maps with an extra fold to either side of the centrefold. 1 leaf with a list of the maps by a contemp. hand bound in before the 2 title pages. - Northern German private collection.
