(Untertitel) Mit Europakarte und Karte von Portugal und Spanien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Schweiz, Schweden und Norwegen, Dänemark, Rußland, Polen ("Herzogthum Warschau"), Österreich-Ungarn, Italien, Türkei und England. - Einer von mehreren thematischen Atlanten von "J. E. Lange, Math." (wohl Johann Elias Lange, Kartograph und Vermessungsingenieur, ca. 1760 - nach 1830, vgl. LGK II, 906 und 953).
EINBAND: Halblederband der Zeit. 36,5 : 25,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit gestochenem Titel mit kl. Vignette und Tafelverzeichnis und 13 doppelblattgr. grenzkolorierte Kupferkarten. - ZUSTAND: Vorsätze leimschattig. Kanten berieben, Vorderdeckel oben links mit Schabspur. - PROVENIENZ: Norddeutsche Privatsammlung.
Political atlas, depicting Europe during the Napoleonic wars. One of several thematic atlases, published by J. E. Lange (probably Johann Elias L., ca. 1760- after 1830). With engr. title with vignette and index of maps, and 13 doublepage engr. maps with outline color. Contemp. half calf. - Endpapers gluestained, otherwise clean copy of the rare atlas. Edges rubbed, front board with scrapemark in the upper left.
