Hauptwerk von Laurentius von Schnüffis, beinhaltet eine Sammlung geistlicher Lieder, die zum Großteil Volksgut wurden.
Vierte Ausgabe, erschien erstmals 1682. - Laurentius von Schnüffis stammte aus Schnifis in Vorarlberg. Seinen eigentlichen Namen Martin verwandelte er in "Mirant" und ließ damit die Titel seiner Werke beginnen. Das Mirantische Flötlein war sein beliebtestes Werk.
EINBAND: Blindgeprägter Schweinslederband d. Zt. mit 2 Messing-Schließen. 16 : 9 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 2 gestochenen Frontispizen und 30 Kupfertafeln von M. Küsell nach J. G. Glückher. - KOLLATION: 8 Bll., 316 S., 1 Bl. - PROVENIENZ: Schwach gebräunt, vereinz. fleckig, Papier an der unteren Ecke meist restauriert, Vorsätze erneuert. Einbd. etw. fl., unt. Kap. unauffällig mit Leder restauriert.

Laurentius von Schnüffis's major work contains a collection of sacral hymns, most of which have become popular. Fourth edition, first published in 1682. With 2 engr. frontispieces and 30 copperplates by M. Küsell after J. G. Glückher. Contemp. blind-stamped pigskin over wooden boards with 2 brass clasps. 16 : 9 cm. - Slightly browned, occasional staining, paper mostly restored at the bottom corner, endpapers renewed. Cover slightly staine, foot of spine repaired with calf .
