Hübscher Taschenatlas aus dem bekannten Augsburger Kartenverlag. Laut Index vollständiges Exemplar in typischem Verlagskolorit.
Mit der Weltkarte in zwei Hemisphären, Erdteilkarten von Europa, Asien, Afrika; Nordamerika (mit Kalifornien als Insel) und Südamerika, sowie Länderkarten u. a. von Portugal, Spanien, Frankreich, Lothringen, Italien, Großbritannien, Niederlande, Schweiz, Deutschland, Dänemark, Skandinavien, Polen, Griechenland, Rußland, Türkischem Reich und Heiligem Land. Die dekorativen, sorgfältig grenz- und flächenkolorierten Karten (Format 21 : 30 cm) überwiegend mit Schmuckkartuschen, reichem figürlichen Beiwerk, Wappendarstellungen, Meilenzeigern und Windrosen, die schöne Weltkarte zusätzlich mit kleinen Himmelsgloben zu den Sternbildern und Planetenbahnen.
EINBAND: Neuer Pappband mit Leder-Rückenschild, Vorderdeckel mit montiertem koloriertem Kupfertitel mit allegorischer Szene. 21,5 : 31,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 65 kolorierten doppelblattgroßen Kupferkarten. - KOLLATION: 15 nn. Bll., 1 Bl. Index. - ZUSTAND: Die zweite Hälfte im Rand stellenw. schwach wasserrandig, die ca. 11 letzten Karten etwas deutlicher und die letzten 5 Karten mit Restaurierungen in den Ecken.

Pocket atlas with 65 col. doublepage engr. maps, amongst others a world chart and continental maps of America, Europa, Africa and Asia. new cardboard binding with label on spine, col. engr. title with allegorical illustration mounted on front board. - Second half partly only slightly waterstained in margins, the ca. 11 last maps stronger affected and the last 5 maps with restorations to corners.
