Erste Ausgabe des berühmten, anonym erschienenen Werkes, das auch unter dem Titel Nürnbergisches Koch-Buch bekannt ist. "The work is presented as a collection of recipes, and the collector seems to be the publisher's wife Anna Juliana Endter born Betz von Lichtenhof (d. 1694). Her work is mentioned in the privilege" (Notaker). - Die 15 Falttabellen zeigen die Anordnung der Speisen auf der Tafel, die beiden Kupfertafeln mit Benennungen der Teile von Ochse und Kalb. Das schöne Frontispiz mit einer bacchantischen Szene.
