1959-1961 illustriert Marc Chagall für Tériade die antike, bukolische Erzählung Daphnis und Chloé von Longus. Das Urteil zeigt eine besonders zarte, atmosphärische Darstellung, die die Luft und das Licht Griechenlands widerspiegelt.
- ZUSTAND: In guter Erhaltung, mit der Mittelfalz; unter Glas gerahmt, ungeöffnet. - PROVENIENZ: Süddeutsche Privatsammlung.
