Luxusausgabe zum 4. Kölner Kunstmarkt. 1 von 25 römisch numerierten hors commerce Exemplaren. Mit dem Aussstellungskatalog.
Vorzugsausgabe, herausgegeben vom Verein progressiver deutscher Kunsthändler e.V. in Köln. Zwischen 1967 und 1973 erschien anläßlich des Kölner Kunstmarkts, dem Vorläufer der Art Cologne, jeweils ein Mappenwerk mit Druckgraphiken der beteiligten Künstler, um die Finanzierung der noch jungen Veranstaltung sicherzustellen. Die vorliegende Mappe von 1970 enthält Beiträge von prominenten Künstlern wie Sol LeWitt, Cy Twombly und Sigmar Polke, A. R. Penck, Otto Piene, Heinz Mack und B. Polk/Gerhard Richter. Außerdem K. F. Bohrmann, V. Bonato, C. Böhmler, A. Cote, G. Gasioroski, B. Gironcoli, J. Grützke, E. Hauser, J. Hennemann, H. E. Kalinowski, W. Knaupp, F. Koenig, F. Kriwet, N. Krushenick, G. Kuehn, B. Palermo, R. Schwarz, L. Stafford und H. P. Zimmer (im Impressum fälschlich "Zimmermann, Hans Peter" bezeichnet).
Vorhanden sind 11 Serigraphien (von 12; davon 9 farbig), 1 farbige Zeichnung, 2 Radierungen, 5 Lithographien (davon 2 farbig), 3 Prägedrucke, 1 farbige Offsetlithographie, 2 Farboffsets und 1 Buch-Tiefdruck. Alle Blätter sind signiert (22) bzw. monogrammiert (4) und numeriert (26), teils datiert, betitelt bzw. bezeichnet, davon einige verso. Die Graphiken auf unterschiedlichen Papieren und in verschiedenen Formaten. Jede Graphik liegt in einem losen Papierumschlag, der am Unterrand mit dem jeweiligen Künstlernamen versehen ist (bei Garry Kuehn durch unbedrucktem Doppelbogen ersetzt).
EINBAND: Lose Graphiken und Orig.-Broschur in schwarzer Orig.-Kunstleder-Kassette mit weißem Deckeltitel (von Peter Swoboda, Köln). 46,5 : 33 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 26 signierten bzw. monogrammierten und numerierten Orig.-Graphiken (von 27). - KOLLATION: 25 Bll. Mit 1 losen Doppelbogen mit Impressum und Künstlerliste. - ZUSTAND: Ohne die Serigraphie von Ken Danby. - 1 Papierumschlag ersetzt, Schutzpapier vor Victor Bonato Prägung eingerissen. another 1 % for the part of the sales proceeds from 200,000.01 to 350,000 euros,
another 0.5 % for the part of the sale proceeds from 350,000.01 to 500,000 euros and
another 0.25 % of the hammer price over 500,000 euros.
The maximum total of the resale right fee is EUR 12,500.
The artist‘s resale right compensation is VAT-exempt.
