Charcoal drawing and color pastel chalks over pencil.
Lorenz NSK 10.2.7, catalog raisonné of drawings p. 1318. Monogrammed in upper right (stylized monogram) and dated. On green-gray Ingres paper. 83.5 x 58 cm (32.8 x 22.8 in) , the full sheet.
Preliminary drawing for the painting of the same name fron 1931 (Löffler 1930/7). Her husband Hugo Erfurt was a famous portrait photographer and art collector.
