Aus der Folge "156 gravures", erschienen in der Edition Galerie Louise Leiris, Paris 1978. Picasso bewunderte Degas‘ Erfindungsreichtum in Bezug auf Linien, Farben und Formen. Im Jahr 1958 erwarb Picasso eine Reihe von Degas‘ provokanten Monotypien, die in Bordellen angesiedelt waren und die er für die besten Dinge hielt, die Degas je gemacht hat. In der Folge von 156 Radierungen stellte er sich Degas selbst in genau der Umgebung vor, die er einst darstellte. Der Künstler wird hier als stiller Frauenbeobachter gezeigt.
- ZUSTAND: Leichte Griffknicke im äußeren Rand sowie schwach lichtrandig. Verso in den Ecken mit Kleberesten sowie am Oberrand unter Passepartout montiert. Insgesamt in guter Erhaltung.

The maximum total of the resale right fee is EUR 12,500.
