Letzte Ausgabe, mit einem Vorwort von Sebastian Brant. Die Druckstöcke wurden erstmals 1532 für das Werk Von der Artzney bayder Glück in Augsburg verwendet. Eine von 2 Varianten, vorliegend mit der Jahreszahl 1620 auf dem Titel und im Kolophon. - Titel in Rot und Schwarz.
EINBAND: Pergamentband d. 17. Jhs. mit hs. Rückentitel und erneuerten Schließbändern. 34 : 21 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit 260 Textholzschnitten von H. Weiditz und 2 Holzschnitt-Druckermarken. - KOLLATION: 4 Bll., 379 S., 3 Bll. (ohne d. l. w.) - ZUSTAND: Gebräunt, Titel mit kl. tls. restaurierten Randeinrissen sowie am Ober- und Unterrand mit Eintragungen von alter Hand. With 260 woodcuts in text and 2 woodcut printer's devices. 17th cent. vellum with title on spine and 2 new straps. - Browned, title with partly restored marginal defects and on the upper and lower edges with entries by an old hand. Binding in places stained, edges rubbed. First title with ownership entries: Andreas Herberti Not(ar) (1657) and Johann Just(us) Wiesenhaveren (1706) as well as a small blind-embossed coat of arms with a swan. - Ex libris Bernhard Friderici.
