Of the 52 drypoint etchings printed during the artist's lifetime, Gréty Wols had 3 small editions of 6 (1954, 35 ll. on arches), 10 (1955, 32 ll. on BFK Rives) and 50 (1965, 33 ll. on BFK Rives) printed between 1954 and 1966. They served as an overview of his graphic creation. Additionally, Gréty Wols permitted additional prints on Japon that cone without an edition stamp. Sheets from this series are at the Kunsthalle Hamburg, the suites are at the Graphischen Sammlung der Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Kupferstichkabinett Berlin and the Karl Ströher Collection

In good condition. The sheet "Große Raupe" (1955) a little wrinkled in the broad margins.
