In early June an enthusiastic audience followed the spring auctions at Ketterer Kunst, which brought forth sharp increases as well as new record prices for high-quality works from all epochs of art history.

In this year's spring auctions Ketterer Kunst realized around € 26 million in all five departments. This is the highest total the traditional auction house has ever realized in the first half of an auction year. The clear focus on classicist modern art as well as on post war and contemporary art was rewarded, not least through the increasing popularity among buyer's. This is where Ketterer Kunst strives to not only set the trend, but to meet clients' demands for a sincere sale with high increases with excellent objects. Accordingly, the coming autumn auction season in November/December 2015 is quite promising.
