Bottom right monogrammed and dated. Twice signed, dated and titled on the reverse. Frame twice inscribed with the work number "MEE / M 1485" by a hand other than that of the artist. 80 x 60.5 cm (31.4 x 23.8 in). [CH].

• Works by the artist are part of collections like the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich.
• Meese can look back on numerous solo shows, among them at the Pinakothek der Moderne, München, in 2018 and in 2017 at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, and in 2007 at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebaek.

Impasto work, conceived as assemblage, in very good condition. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of an ultraviolet light and to the best of knowledge.
