• One of only three known copies printed in black.
• The last time a copy of this woodcut was offered on the international auction market was almost 30 years ago (source: artprice.com).
• All known copies printed in red are owned by museums: Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, Brücke-Museum Berlin and Von der Heydt-Museum, Wuppertal.
• During these years, the Dresden studio was not only a living and working space for the "Brücke" artists, but also a meeting place for female amateur models.
• At the time, the "Brücke" artists focused on the depiction of people and in particular the nude, which they described in 1913 as "the basis of all visual art".

The color slightly bleedig. The upper right margin with an irregularity in the paper and a discoloration.
