Ramié 180. Stand with the number and the stamps "Madoura plein feu" and "Empreinte originale de Picasso". From an edition of 200 copies. 33 x 39 cm (12.9 x 15.3 in). [EH].
• It was Picasso's great accomplishment to take the ancient pottery technique to the 20th century.
• In excllent condition.
• In terms of form and pictorial language, Picasso's ceramic is unqiue and is considered an independent work group in the oeuvre of the centennial genius.
• This year, Picasso's outstanding ceramics are honored in an exhibition at Museum Schloss Moritzburg, Halle/Saale.

Private collection North Rhine-Westphalia (since 1976).
