• He was a Bauhaus student in Lyonel Feininger's class.
• He participated in documenta I, II and III in 1955, 1959 and 1964.

LITERATURE: Ketterer Kunst, Munich, auvtion 5, May 24, 1971, lot 501.
Good overall impression. The sheet's edges consistently bordered with tape, thus backing small paper losses. Tear at lower right glued. The corners somewhat bumped and creased. Partially somewhat rubbed.
