"I can only take the intoxicating into the picture in a determined state, because if I were to add details, the fleeting aspect of the phenomenon would be lost and what I actually wanted to show would slip away from me in the longer painting process. (..) My goal is to depict the accidental. (..) The phenomenon that only exists this very moment and never again." • In 2018, the Museum Barberini, Potsdam, showed the exhibition "Klaus Fussmann. - Menschen und Landschaften" to celebrate the artist's 80th birthday.
• Works by Klaus Fussmann can be found in the collections of the Museum Moderner Kunst, Frankfurt a. M., the Museum Gunzenhauser, Chemnitz and the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich.

In good condition. Lower margin with a small crimped spot. Bottom corners with tiny spots of paper loss. Sheet else in very good condition.
