Signed on the reverse. Stretcher with estate stamp. 150 x 130 cm (59 x 51.1 in).
• Together with Markus Lüpertz and K.H.Hödicke, the artist founded the Produzentengalerie Großgörschen 35 in Berlin in 1964.
• Between 1974 and 1977 teaching assignment at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf.
• Associative reduction combined with painterly perfection.
• Works by L.M. Wintersberger are at, among others, the Städelmuseum, Frankfurt, the Museum Kunstpalast, Düsseldorf, and the Stedelijk Museum voor Actuele Kunst, Gent.

In good condition. Isolated spots of craquelure. Lower left with a surface blemish. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of an ultraviolet light and to the best of knowledge.
