• Fritz Winter is one of the outstanding German artists who were able to preserve the relevance of their work beyond the Second World War.
• Fritz Winter's early works reveal his decisive importance for the development of abstraction in Germany.
• Fritz Winter radically turned to the path of abstraction during his formative years.
• As early as 1930, Fritz Winter had his first solo exhibition at the Kunststube Buchholz in Berlin
• In 1930 and 1931, he exhibited at the Galerie Ferdinand Möller, Berlin.

In good condition. The sheet corners and margins slightly creased and with slight bumping. A small, professionally backed tear (up to 30mm) in each of the lateral margins.
