• Vautier is considered a pioneer of the Fluxus movement in Europe.
• In 1972, Vautier took part in documenta 5 in Kassel.
• His typefaces pose essential questions about truth in art, the role of the artist in society and the relationship between art and life.
• In 1994, Vautier's humorous typeface "la Suisse n'existe pas" adorned the Swiss pavilion at the World Expo in Seville.

Good overall impression. Slate plate with slight traces of rubbing. Frame with faint traces of glue and rubbed spots.
