Agricola freely borrowed several sections of the Pirotechnia for use in his later work" (Hoover). - Sorgfältig gereinigtes Exemplar. Ca. 12 Bll. angerändert (meist Kopfsteg, tlw. Kolumnentitel u. erste Zeile ergänzt), Titel angeschmutzt und angerändert, letztes Bl. bis an den Textspiegel ausgeschnitten und aufgezogen, 1 S. fleckig. Vorsätze erneuert. Insgesamt jedoch gutes Exemplar.
First edition. With fig. woodcut titleborder and numerous woodcuts in text. Later limp vellum. - Carefully washed. Ca. 12 leaves remargined (mostly in upper margin, head- and first line partly replaced), title fully remargined and soiled, last leaf cut out up to the text area and mounted, 1 page stained. Endpapers renewed. Else good copy.
