Nahezu vollständiges Exemplar des Kleinen Atlas in 36 Karten , fehlt lediglich die Karte von Italien. Für den Kupfertitel wurde wie oft der eines anderen Atlas aus der Nürnberger Offizin verwendet, hier der des Atlas novus. - Mit Weltkarte in zwei Hemisphären, den Kontinentkarten von Europa, Afrika, Asien und Amerika, 25 Teilkarten von Europa, sowie Russisches Reich, Türkisches Reich, Heiliges Land und 2 Tafeln "Welt-Beschreibung". - Überwieg. im Rand etw. fleckig, ca. 6 Karten mit kl. Randläsuren (1 Karte mit tlw. verstärkten Rändern), 8 Karten mit hinterl. Falzeinriß (2 bis weit in die Mittelfalte), 1 Karte stellenw. leicht farbfleckig, 1 der beiden Tafeln stellenw. mit Papierbruch am Plattenrand. Einbd. beschabt. Insgesamt noch ordentliches Exemplar.
Nearly complete atlas with engr. title and 35 doublepage engr. plates (of 36), all in contemp. colors. Only lacking the map of Italy. Contemp. flexible calf. - Somewhat stained mainly in the margins, about 6 maps with marginal defects (1 map reinforced along the margins), 8 maps with rebacked tear to centrefold (2 of which nearly along the whole centrefold), 1 map with occasional staining from the coloring, 1 plate with small tear along the platemark. Binding scraped. Overall good copy.
