Kirchner" as well as with estate stamp of the 'Kunstmuseum Basel' (Lugt 1570b) and the hand-written registration number "L 20". Copy from the artist's archive. One of just 3 known copies mentioned in Gercken. On gray-green machine-made paper. 40.2 x 33.3 cm (15.8 x 13.1 in). Sheet: 47 x 36,8 cm (18,5 x 14,5 in).
Exceptionally rare lithograph by Kirchner. made the year that Kircher picked up working with the lithostone.
This is the first time since 1987, the year this sheet was sold, that this graphic rarity is offered on the international auction market.
