Published by Edition Schellmann, Munich/New York 2009 (verso with edition label and stamp). In 2009 a special edition with a series of leporellos was released accompanying the work catalog of the Edition Schellmann "Forty Are Better Than One" with works from 1969 to 2009. The edition A of these leporellos covers artworks from deceased artists that were numbered but not signed.
