Laur 596, 2 or 3 (of 3). Verso with the name and the foundry mark "H. Noack Berlin" and "Friedenau" presumably added at a later point. From an edition of 26 unnummbered copies from a complete edition of 32. Height: 58.7 cm (23.1 in).
Cast by art foundry Hermann Noack, Berlin, after 1939.
Other casts of the "Flötenbläsers" are in possession of, among others, the Wilhelm Lehmbruck Museum, Duisburg, the Ernst Barlach Stiftung, Hamburg, and the Kunsthalle Mannheim.
With an expertise from the Ernst Barlach Lizenverwaltung, Ratzeburg, dated May 2, 2018.
