• Early duck picture, made in 1904 when Alexander Koester won the gold medal at the World Expo in the USA.
• Particularly harmonious work with hues of green, blue and antique white in a play with varied ligt reflections.
PROVENANCE: Private collection South Tyrol (family-owned since obtained as present from the artist).
