Dated and inscribed "unverkäuflich" (not for sale) by a hand other than that of the artist on the reverse. On firm wove paper. 28.9 x 22.8 cm (11.3 x 8.9 in), the full sheet.

• Next to the "Spaziergänger" the colorful "Mode-Schaufenster" is also one of the most important motifs in the artist's oeuvre.
• In terms of color and form, the group of girls in watercolor seems to blend into the fashion store.
• The balanced composition of the triplet is characteristic of the artist's work.
