Signed and dated in upper right. Backing cardboard inscribed and with a direction arrow. Ca. 37.5 x 24.5 cm (14.7 x 9.6 in). Backing cardboard: 45 x 31 cm (17,7 x 12,2 in).

• A work on paper executed like a painting in warm colors.
• The same year the artist made the oil painting "Sitzende mit Spiegel" which shows the same motif, but in cool blue tones.
• From the important "Hekate" series which marks the transition from figuration to abstraction.
• For the first time offered on the international auction market.

The work is registered in the online catalogue raisonné of the Ernst Wilhelm Nay Foundation with the number "CR 46-112.1".
