Mixed edition (volumes 1-43 in the second edition, volumes 44-46 in the first edition). With 46 engr. title vignettes (repeated), 64 copperplates, and 109 mostly folded engr. maps, and 15 text vignettes. Contemp. half-leather with some gilt spine. 26 : 21 cm. - Some foxing, browning and waterstaining, a few leaves squeezed, frontispiece and flyleaf partially loose, 3 vols. with small nail marks, vol. 14 without quire P (4 leaves). Bindings somewhat rubbed, spine discolored, 8 end of spines with minor defects.
