Signed, dated and titled "Ischia" in the lower left. On grained P M Fabriano wove paper (with watermark). 48 x 62.5 cm (18.8 x 24.6 in), the full sheet.

LITERATURE: Grace Watenphul Pasqualucci, Alessandra Pasqualucci, Max Peiffer Watenphul. Catalogue raisonné, vol. 1: Gemälde - Aquarelle, Cologne 1989, cat. no. A 320 (illustrated).
In good condition. Very slight mount staining, with a few tiny foxmarks. The sheet edge is slightly unevenly trimmed in places and with two/three small tears. Remains of an old mount appear along the verso edges.
