Signed and dated in the bottom center. On off-white P. M. Fabriano wove paper (with watermark). 38.5 x 50 cm (15.1 x 19.6 in), size of sheet. [KA].
PROVENANCE: Private collection, Southern Germany (since 2002, Galerie Fred Jahn).
Family-owned ever since.
EXHIBITION: Bildnis und Figur, Galerie Fred Jahn, München, March 7 - 28, 2002, no number.
An expertly restored tear (approx. 6.5 cm) on the upper, center-right edge of the sheet. Isolated, tiny pinholes along the upper edge of the sheet and small residues of a previous mounting on the reverse, pressing through minimally on the recto.
