EINBAND: Lederband des 18. Jahrhunderts. 16mo. 11 : 6,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit großer Holzschnitt-Druckermarke am Ende und zahlreichen kleinen Holzschnitt-Initialen. - KOLLATION: 341 num., 2 nn. Bll. (d. l. w.). - ZUSTAND: Fehlen der Titel und die Vorstücke mit der Vorrede Zwinglis (16 nn. Bll.). - Seitensteg meist bis an den Textspiegel beschnitten (Verlust der gedruckten Glossen und Noten), das erste Textbl. mit Randabschnitt im Fußsteg, 1 Bl. mit Einriß. Mit blaßroten Marginalien und Unterstreichungen von einer zeitgenöss. Hand. Einband beschabt und bestoßen. - PROVENIENZ: Deutsche Privatsammlung.

With large woodcut printer's device at end and numerous woodcut initials in text. 18th calf. - Lacking title and prelims (16 nn. leaves, incl. Zwingli’s preface). Margins at side trimmed to the tex area (loss of printed glosses and notes), first text leaf with marginal cut-out at foot, 1 leaf with tear; pale red marginalia by a contemp. hand. Binding rubbed and bumped.
