Erste Ausgabe des vollständig in Kupferstich hergestellten Atlas, einer der frühesten, der auf systematischen Vermessungen eines Einheimischen beruht, dem Topographen und Landvermesser Bernard Scale (1739-1825; "Scalé" auf dem Widmungsbl.). Die Karten mit Flächen- und Grenzkolorit.
EINBAND: Kalblederband der Zeit mit farb. Rückenschild und etw. Rückenvergoldung. 25 : 19,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit illustr. Kupfertitel, illustr. gest. Widmung, gest. Vorwort u. Index und 37 kolorierten Kupferkarten mit je 1 gest. Textblatt. - ZUSTAND: Tlw. etw. fleckig, 1 Textbl. mit Randeinriß, Titel fleckig. Einbd. deutlich beschabt, Gelenke gelockert.
