Schiefler 142 c; Woll 198 presumably II.2 (of V). Lower right signed. Rare. On delicate creme Japon, laid on delicate Japon. 69.5 x 40 cm (27.3 x 15.7 in). Sheet: 78,2 x 54 cm (31 x 21,1 in).
The person depicted presumably is Tulla Larsen, Edvard Munch's partner until 1902.
The large-size color lithograph is one of Munch's most important graphic works.

PROVENANCE: Villa Grisebach auction no. 7, 25 November 1988, lot 69 (with color illu.).
Private collection Baden-Württemberg (since 1988).
