Förg's oeuvre is structured in works groups, on basis of series and sequences he visualizes the coexistence of similar principles. The focus of this work complex is on the grid structure, its chromatic design and rhythmical structure is at the core of the artist's focus. The stronger the contrast between the coloring of the background and the grid structure, the more independent the two image levels become. The reduced means open up a world of a richly differentiate range of emotional values.
